There are a few tools that have been absolutely critical to my weight loss and I absolutely HAD to share them. I truly used these every single day and am confident they can help you too.
- Renpho Digital Scale– I weigh myself every morning. I know that isn’t for everyone. Whether you weigh every day, once a week, or once a month I still recommend this scale. It communicates with an app on your phone and will track your weight loss, BMI, body fat percentage, and many others. I love that I can look at my weight loss through the app.
- LoseIt! App- The free version of the LoseIt! app has been absolutely essential. I use it to count calories and macros. I love that I can scan food bar codes and save my own recipes as I cook. This way, I can look back at my recipes to remake them.
- My BIG Water Bottle and Water Tracker– Drinking tons of water is not only critical for weight loss, but for me has also helped my skin and headaches. I go for 144-180 ounces of water per day. In full disclosure I make and sell these water trackers on etsy. I was having trouble keeping track of how many times I had refilled my bottle, so I made these.
